Christmas 2022
2022 was a year marked by our staples in life:
travel, work, and spending time with some truly wonderful friends -- both old and very much new. We are so grateful for the experiences life has brought us over the past 12 months and cannot wait to share the next year with all of you.

Here are a few of our favorite memories from this past year:
January
Ringing in 2022
We rang in the New Year with champagne and some tired eyes at the old LAX T2 Delta Sky Club with our new friends, Bill & Andrew, after we all made the long flight home from an incredible week diving, hiking, and water skiing in French Polynesia.
February
Buenos Aires
We played polo in Argentina with our friend Travis, ate our weight in amazing meals around this incredible city, and befriended two amazing people, Tara & Paluk, after a chance meeting over dinner and a special after-hours visit to the Oak Room at the Buenos Aires Park Hyatt.
March
Big Sur, California
We kicked off spring with a weekend in the wilderness in Big Sur, California and our close friends, Sarah & Jeremy, complete with excellent wine, a bee keeping lesson, many, many laughs, co-ed Japanese soaking tubs, epic views of the Pacific Ocean, and a few celebrity sightings.
April
Sailing the Bahamas
We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary with an adult spring break cruise to the Florida Keys and the Bahamas filled with too much dancing and great scuba diving, as well as an amazing group of comrades - Christopher’s mom (Xixi), brother (Rob), and some of our dearest friends: TJ, Nate, Lynn, Bobby, Luis, & Zac.
May
From Illinois to Provence
We celebrated the graduation of Christopher’s brother, Alex, from the University of Illinois and then jetted off to crash a weekend of our friends, Lacy and Shannon’s, incredible European honeymoon that began with a day at Roland Garros for the 2022 French Open and ended with a weekend wine tasting and hiking around Provence in France's "most beautiful village," Gordes.
June
Boating on Lake Burton
We made some of our favorite memories of the year at our house on Lake Burton in the Georgia mountains. We soaked up the best of summer with multiple weekends hiking, tubing, skiing, and loving lake life with our favorite ATLians - TJ, Nate, Dominic, Owen, Michael, Kaitlyn, Garrett, Scott, Randy, Nash, Paul, Sharon, & Noah (then on the way).
July
Sailing the Mediterranean
We finally succeeded in making our vacation two+ years in the making with Sarah & Jeremy to celebrate so many things (engagements, weddings, babies, birthdays, friendships, and the 4th of July) and could not have imagined a more incredibly wonderful week across Spain, France, and Italy. The memories and stories will last a lifetime.
August
The Big Easy
We reunited with Christopher’s friends from Pepperdine (aka “the bros" Lynn, Bobby, and Alejandra), for a fun-filled weekend in the Big Easy filled with much food and laughs for a very special crew of college old friends and their plus-ones, Christian, Tom, and Saman.
September
Crab Tour of America
While Christian was knee deep in prepping for what looked to be a month-long trial at home in Atlanta, Christopher and his mom, Xixi, embarked on an epic “Crab Tour” of America stopping in Maryland, California, and Alaska... all in just one weekend.
October
Visits with Friends
We reconnected with some of our closest friends near and far in October for a lovely weekend in NYC celebrating Sarah’s birthday, a boys’ weekend in Punta Cana with Nate and TJ, and a very special week visit from Christian’s college friend, Lacy, all the way from S.F. to usher in the beauty of fall in the mountains at Lake Burton.
November
L.A., London, & Brazil
We finished out fall celebrating Christian's birthday at the lake with Kaitlyn & Garrett followed by a series of work travel, which including visits to Christian's St. Louis, L.A., Charlotte, and London offices (and a fun weekend with his cousin, Vanessa). We rounded out the month with a Thanksgiving trip to Brazil and a suprirse guest, Christopher's mom, Xixi.
December
From Atlanta to Africa
We began the holiday season by finishing a months’ long renovation on our house in Atlanta and hosted two big parties to kick off Christmas, and a festive celebration with friends for Christopher's birthday before we cross the Atlantic to mark continent 6 of 7 off our list and spend the last two weeks of 2022 in South Africa.
